Very nice apartments, the pool is very small and gets crowded on weekends. The grills are excellent and new; they're hardly used.
We had such a great experience at Canopy at Cottonwood from the very beginning. Deciding not to purchase a home and choosing Canopy instead was a big decision for us, but Ashley, Maria, and Cheyenne made the entire experience feel so special and personal. From the application process to move-in day, we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Cutting the ribbon, holding our “Home Sweet Home” sign, and celebrating getting our keys were such thoughtful touches that made the moment even more memorable. It wasn’t just a move-in. It genuinely felt like we were being welcomed home.
Cheyenne is truly amazing. From her breadth of knowledge of the property to her professionalism and kindness.
