Show Low is a city in Navajo County, Arizona. It lies on the Mogollon Rim in east central Arizona, at an elevation of 6,345 feet (1,934 m). The city was established in 1870 and incorporated in 1953. I rarely do this, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a remarkable employee you have in Seth Fitzsimmons. In these days of poor customer service, I feel we really need to go out of our way when we see quality customer service and expertise. Seth is an expert in his field, and we really appreciated it, especially as we don't live in this home full-time and need someone to service us quickly while we're here. He came out on a Sunday, fixed a problem, told us to watch it, and called him back if it happened again. We had an issue the next day, and he came out within an hour of my call. He is an asset to your company and has made a lifelong customer out of us.
